error code 0xc000009a

This error comes every time on start up since the installation.
The error message is:
A fatal error occurred processing the restoration data. File: \hiberfil.sys
I think that I have the problem since I use my TV2GO TVcard.
My System:
- Athlon63 3200+ - ASUS A8NSLI - Deluxe (nForce4 SLI chipset) - 2x 512 MB RAM - 40 GB IDE Disk (for this system) - 150 GB SATA Disk for my WinXP - Radeon X800 GT

Is there any way to get the raw driver files, and update by right clicking on your device item in Device Manager and selecting "Upgrade Driver"?
A lot of the time, the actual installations of driver fails rather than the drivers itself - generally XP drivers work OK for Vista you see.
